For the first time, the word system for the English language has been designed and published. The main idea of this project is based on the concept that the concepts and beings around us are the same in different languages. Therefore, if we can find a suitable translation for each English word in Persian language for the group of concepts used in it, while we can generate groups of Persian concepts automatically to a large extent, we can use the relationships between these groups of concepts in English language is defined, let’s also use it. Because these relationships are also established in Persian language and in fact concepts and entities and relationships between them are independent of language.
